The boot lining is fabric. The zippers on the inside that run right to the top are used to slip the boots on and off. Though not completely waterproof, these all-weather shoes are made with water-resistant leather and designed to keep water from getting in between the stitches and through the space between the sole and the upper. These are best for only light rain. Leather covered heels.
