Take care to keep it from getting caught on anything or wet. Wear with care as the material may tear if rubbed hard. Under sockliner: 5 mm D soft form in the front, 3 mm D soft form in the heel counter The bows are fixed to the uppers. Note that they may be damaged if caught on something. The heels are integrated with the soles.
