The mesh material is extremely delicate. It is easily damaged or tears when wet, by dirt or by constant rubbing or getting caught on something. Take care during wear. As the shoes are made with mesh material, do not have them widened. Please note that the foil material may peel if rubbed. The strap over the instep is adjustable with three holes. Under sockliner: 5 mm D soft form in the front, 3 mm D soft form in the heel counter The heels are rubber. XS=21 to 21.5/ S=22 to 22.5/ M=23 to 23.5/ L=24 to 24.5/ XL=25 to 25.5 (approximate)
