The enamel material is prone to color staining from other objects. Stains are difficult to remove. Please take care when wearing and storing them, as the material may degrade over time. The bows are fixed to the shoes. Do not pull them too hard. Also, take care not to catch them on anything. The fabric material is easily damaged when wet, by dirt or spots, or if rubbed or caught on something. Please wear with care. Be very careful not to hit the plated parts with strong force as they may break. The heels are rubber. Under sockliner: 5 mm D soft form in the front, 3 mm D soft form in the heel counter
