・Please note that the material processing results in wrinkles and tiny scratches, and the shade and texture may vary slightly by shoe and between the left and right shoe.

・Due to the structure of shoes, wrinkles appear from the moment you start wearing them (light-colored shoes tend to have wrinkles in particular). Also, hardwares attached to shoes will darken due to use and age. The tarnish may transfer to the shoes. These are properties of the material and are not product defects.

・Some our shoes have tiny holes on the upper part of heels. We drive a small nail into leather to fix firmly and not slip out of shoe.　Pulling out the nail, this tiny hole is made then. It means not a defective product, but also the proof of a proper product. We appreciate your understanding.

・The enamel is easily color stained by other materials and stains are difficult to remove. Take care when storing the shoes. Please also note that the material may degrade over time.

・On the raised fabric shoes, the streaks and texture may differ slightly between the right and left shoe. Also note that the material is easily damaged by rubbing or when wet, and spots and dirt are difficult to remove.

・The fabric material is easily damaged by dirt or if rubbed or caught on something. Please wear with care. Also, avoid wearing these shoes in rain, as the color of the material may fade if it gets wet.

・The denim is easily damaged when wet, by dirt or spots, or if rubbed or caught on something. Please wear with care. Also note that it may fade or stain your clothes.

・The pattern and shade of the patterned material may differ between pairs of shoes and between the left and right shoe.

・The tulle material and embroidery are extremely delicate. Take care to keep it from getting caught on anything or wet. Wear with care as the material may tear if rubbed hard.

・Please note that the foil material is delicate and is easily scratched. It may develop fine wrinkles or peel when rubbed.

・Due to the properties of the material, the shoes with metallic processed material are easily scratched and are easily damaged by rubbing. Please note that the material may develop fine wrinkles or peel.

・The knit material may get damaged or frayed with constant rubbing or getting caught on something. Take care during wear.

・The lamé parts may come off from the glittered fabric if rubbed. Also, note that the fabric is easily damaged by water. Please be aware that the glitter may get caught on and damage the material of pant cuffs and skirt hems.

・The synthetic/artificial leather may degrade after a certain amount of time due to the material properties. Note that they may soften or warp if stored in a hot place. Contact with the plastic or leather products may cause the material to stick to or color stain other materials. Do not store in humid places. Doing so may cause mold or speed up degradation of the synthetic leather.

・The eco-fur is easily damaged when wet or by dirt. Take care during wear. The volume and streaks may differ between the left and right shoe.

・Be careful when walking as the decorations may come off or chip if hit hard.

About the material

Leather
This leather, which is used on the surface of our company's products, is real leather. It is a comparatively easy-to-stretch material.

Patent-Leather
This leather is coated with rosin on the surface to bring out its shine. It is a comparatively hard-to-stretch material.

Suede Leather
This material is leather with a raised nap. It is soft and comparatively easy-to-stretch.

Synthetic Leather
This material is fabric coated with rosin and is therefore not real leather. It is durable against rain but is not very stretchable.

About the height of heel

The height of heel is the vertical distance from the point where the heel meets the outer sole (pic. A) to the lower rubber end of the heel (pic. C) which is usually measured on the back part of a shoe.

[NOTE]
The height of heel of Diana Original Shoes is measured in increments of 1cm so any heel height between 6.0cm～6.9cm is displayed as “Height of heel : 6cm”.
Please note that the heel height is provided for a size equal to 23cm so the actual height for other sizes may be slightly different.
